Eating chocolate can not only lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of certain heart-related diseases,
but is also known to stimulate our mood. Everyone will be pleased to find out that a bit of dark
chocolate a day happens to help keep the doctor away. The key, as always, is moderation. Eating too much
chocolate can mean a calorie overload and has lead to obesity for some. There are also a handful of people
who complain about headaches when they eat too much chocolates.
